Led by Aaron Allred, MSN, FNP-BC, our primary care program focuses on early detection, chronic disease management, and personalized health planning to help patients maintain and sustain a healthy life.

Whether you are looking to establish care with a trusted provider, manage an ongoing health condition, or take a more proactive approach to your health, Zephyr Wellness provides thoughtful, evidence-based care in a collaborative and friendly clinical environment.

Importantly, you do not need to be an existing counseling patient at Zephyr Wellness to receive primary care services.

Psychiatric Medication Management

In addition to primary care services, Aaron also provides psychiatric medication management as part of Zephyr Wellness’s integrated mental health services.

Medication management is designed to complement therapy by helping patients find safe, effective treatment options that support emotional stability and daily functioning.

Patients receiving medication services work closely with both Aaron and their therapist to ensure medications remain aligned with treatment goals.

Aaron Allred, MSN, FNP-BC

Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Aaron brings a patient-centered philosophy and a thorough clinical approach to primary care. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, he spent more than a decade working in emergency medicine, where he gained extensive experience evaluating and managing a wide range of acute and complex medical conditions.

His background in emergency medicine helped develop the strong diagnostic skills he now applies in primary care, allowing him to evaluate urgent concerns while also identifying underlying health issues that affect long-term wellness.

Aaron focuses on preventative care, early disease detection, and personalized treatment planning that supports both immediate needs and long-term health outcomes.
